In line with the latest government guidance, Boughton Surgery requires you to wear a face mask when you enter the surgery and when collecting prescriptions from the dispensary window – if you do not have a face mask you will be given one for your Clinician appointment. Children Under 12 will be exempt.
We continue to do all of our appointments with a GP/Clinician via telephone or video call.
- Please do not attend the Surgery if you have any Coronavirus symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone who has had symptoms to prevent the spread.
- We are still open for routine matters. We have adapted our way of working and consultations can be conducted via video call or the Clinician can see you face to face if safe to do so.
Please place all repeat medication requests in the letter box outside of the Surgery.
- Please place ALL Samples requested by nurse / doctor in the blue storage box outside the surgery If the sample was not requested by nurse / doctor do not place in box and ring bell to discuss with reception staff.
Please ensure that this sample is in a sealed envelope so your details are protected. We do not accept samples after 12:00 noon.
- We will ask you to turn up at the time of your appointment, if you arrive early you will be asked to wait in your form of transport and return at your allocated time or wait outside of the Surgery.
Coronavirus test results
We want to provide our patient with safe and appropriate care. If you have had a Covid-19 test with a positive result, please let the surgery know so that we can plan your ongoing care accordingly.
If anyone you know has tested positive and does not have internet access please also tell us so we can arrange to help them.
