As from 27th April 2026 our GP clinics will be changing the way we deliver appointments.
When you request an appointment you will be allocated a telephone triage appointment only. The GP will telephone you to triage whether you require a face 2 face consultation or whether you require to be directed to another service or resolved during the telephone consultation.
This has been introduced to deal with the increase in demand on available resources.
